Getting started is easy

Submit Your Artwork

Send us your artwork files through our contact form or email. We accept a wide variety of file formats to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

  • Preferred formats: AI, EPS, PDF (vector files)
  • Also accepted: PNG, JPG, PSD (high resolution 300 DPI+)
  • Include your brand colors (Pantone, CMYK, or hex codes)
  • Provide any reference images or examples you like
Pro Tip

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give us the most flexibility and produce the sharpest results. If you only have a raster file, our design team can recreate it as a vector.

What if I don't have a logo?

No problem! Our in-house graphic design team can create one for you. Just describe what you're looking for and we'll get to work.

How long does the process take?

Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days after proof approval. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

Can I see a sample before the full order?

Yes! We can provide a pre-production sample for larger orders. Ask your account rep for details.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

We stand behind every order. If something isn't right, contact us immediately and we'll make it right.
